同一機(jī)組中設(shè)置有多組均勻壓輥，左中右壓力可調(diào)，以控制邊中差，活性染料與堿劑可同機(jī)分別連續(xù)施加,第一軋帶液率40- 60%,第二軋70- 120%，施加過(guò)程中染料與堿劑不接觸，減少水解，杜絕頭尾色差其它染料或后整理助劑可連續(xù)多次壓軋，均勻性好。
